1. At a glance

This policy applies to paid subscriptions purchased directly through LinkToQR.co. Paddle processes our checkout and may appear as the merchant of record or payment descriptor on your receipt or statement. The free plan does not involve a payment and is not eligible for a refund.

Our commitment

We consider eligible requests in good faith. Nothing in this policy limits a refund or remedy that applicable consumer law requires.

2. First-purchase refund eligibility

You may request a refund of your first paid subscription charge within 14 calendar days after purchase. This guarantee applies once per customer and is intended to let you evaluate the paid Service with reasonable confidence.

We may decline or reduce a discretionary refund if the account has materially consumed the Service, including substantial dynamic QR usage, unusually high scan or export activity, abuse, a breach of our Terms of Service, or an earlier refund for the same customer or organization. This limitation does not affect mandatory legal rights.

3. Subscription renewals

Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the billing period shown at checkout unless canceled before the renewal date. If an automatic renewal was unintended, contact us within 7 calendar days after the renewal charge. Renewal refunds are normally available only when there has been no material use of paid features after renewal.

Requests made after 7 days are generally not refundable, but we may make an exception for a verified billing error, extended service failure, or another circumstance we consider fair.

4. Cancellation and plan changes

You can cancel through the available billing controls or send a request through our contact page. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Unless a refund is approved or the checkout terms state otherwise, paid access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Canceling does not automatically refund the current period. We do not normally provide prorated refunds or credits for unused time, plan downgrades, or features you chose not to use. Static QR codes already downloaded continue to encode their original content. Dynamic QR codes and paid features may be limited, paused, or handled according to the plan available after paid access ends.

5. Billing errors and other exceptions

  • Duplicate charge: contact us promptly so we can verify and refund an accidental duplicate.
  • Unauthorized charge: contact us and your payment provider promptly. We may request information needed to secure the account and investigate.
  • Service failure: if a paid feature is materially unavailable for an extended period because of a problem under our control, we may offer a proportional credit or refund.
  • Taxes and currency conversion: refunds are based on the amount and currency processed. Differences caused by exchange rates, bank fees, or legally nonrefundable taxes may be outside our control.
  • Third-party purchases: if a future purchase is made through another marketplace or reseller, that seller's refund policy and process apply.

6. How to request a refund

Submit the request through our contact form using the email address associated with your account. Include:

  • your account email address;
  • the Paddle transaction or receipt number, if available;
  • the charge date and amount; and
  • a short explanation so we can understand and resolve the issue.

Do not send a full payment-card number, password, or other sensitive credentials. We may ask for limited additional information to verify the account or transaction.

7. Review and processing time

We aim to acknowledge refund requests within 2 business days. If approved, the refund is sent to the original payment method through Paddle. Your bank or payment provider controls when the credit appears, which is commonly 5 to 10 business days after processing and can take longer in some countries.

An approved refund may end paid access immediately and move the account to the free plan. We will communicate the outcome using the email address associated with the request.

8. Consumer rights and policy changes

Some jurisdictions provide cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or warranty rights that cannot be excluded. Those rights take priority over this policy. Where you request immediate access to digital services, local law may affect a statutory withdrawal right once performance begins.

We may update this policy for future purchases. The version in effect when a charge was made will normally govern that charge unless a later version is more favorable or a legal requirement applies.
